The session was organized to celebrate and strengthen the Yuva Setu initiative by introducing the benefits of yoga to NCC students at AIMCW.

    PhD Scholar Sakshi led the session, demonstrating various yoga moves and guiding the cadets through each posture.

    All 16 NCC cadets actively participated, practicing the yoga moves under Sakshi’s supervision.

    Sakshi explained the physical and mental benefits of yoga, emphasizing its importance for students and NCC cadets in building discipline, concentration, and overall well-being.
