Event – Debate Competition on the occasion of International Women’s Day

AIMCW organized a debate competition on the occasion of International Women’s Day on 6th March 2025. The topic of debate was entitled ‘Feminism in the 21st Century: does it still need a redefinition?’ The students/cadets of NCC actively participated in the same.
ACTVITY UNDERTAKEN
Amity Indian Military College for Women on 6th March 2025 with total 17 cadets present and among them 6 students took part in the debate competition. Col. A. K. Pandey, Col. Kaushik Ray and Dr Pawan Kumar, were judges of the competition. Subedar Pawan Kumar was managing the event.
In the competition, the cadets secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions. Ms. Lakshita Sharma, Ms. Sapana Kumari, and Ms. Akansha Dey got the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions respectively.
After the completion of the debate, Brig. Arjan Dutta, the HoI of the AIMCW, distributed the certificates to the cadets who secured different positions.
