Award Giving Ceremony

On May 16, 2023, AIMCW organized and celebrated the award giving ceremony at F2 Seminar Hall, Amity University, Noida. The event was blessed by the Founder President in absentia. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Ankita Raj and the Head of Institute, Brigadier Arjun Dutta (Retired). It was also attended by respected faculties, staff and students. The aim of organizing the event was to boost the confidence and motivation amongst the students by encouraging their participation in programmes. The students also participated in various

non-scholastic activities during the occasion such as classical dance and singing patriotic songs.

 

The event began with a classical dance prepared by the students of AIMCW, Harshita Tonger and Tanya Sharma. The dance was full of grace and was exquisite. It was followed by the

impressions of the students. Five students, Aadya, Sania, Harshita, Yashika and Tanya, shared their wonderful experience at the institution. They thanked the Founder President of the university for the love and support that he has bestowed on our institute. They shared that the institution has shown them a way to build their character that includes sincerity, self-control, drive, initiative, courage, and confidence. It has also helped them to work in a team effectively and efficiently and has instilled the potential to be an all rounder student. The impressions were followed by the performance of singing patriotic songs by the students. The students – Kashish Gupta, Mausami Das, Sanya Bodhiyal and Sneha Kumari, performed the mash up of the popular patriotic songs which filled the audience with enthusiasm and nationalistic sentiments.

 

Following the performances, respected HOI Sir shared encouraging words of wisdom to the students. He showed his unshakeable faith in the potential of every student. Thereafter, the HOI and Dr. Ankita Raj gave the twelve talented students the monetary awards of Rs 8000 each by means of demand draft for their participation in extra-curricular activities. These were the

students of AIMCW – Harshita Tonger, Tanya Sharma, Vaibhavi Maan, Khushi Dutta, Jhanvi Bhardwaj, Manvi Aggarwal, Arya Kumari, Kashish Gupta, Saniya Bodhiyal, Sneha Kumari,

Aadya Vikram Singh and Ankita Tiwari. Dr. Ankita Raj then gave a motivational speech and expressed her unflinching faith in the hardwork of the students. The success of the event can be seen in the beaming look of everyone.

 

The event ended with the Vote of Thanks and invitation for the tea, organized with the contribution of students, faculty and staff. All students except the following attended the

ceremony as well as the post-ceremony tea: Lekhyong Wangmo, Dimpy, Tanya Garg, Mahirah Saif, Muskaan Verma, Sonam Rawat, Sanya Pathania from 2nd semester, and Mafazah Islam, Ani Shetty and Tejaswi from 4th semester.
