Director's Message

I am sure each one of you who are seeking or have taken admission in B.Sc. (General) Hons. / Research or B.A (General) Programme of AIMCW wishes to be successful in life. To be successful it is very essential that you have the knowledge, a habit of Hardworking, the right attitude and faith in yourself. We, at AIMCW, focus on Academic Excellence and Personality Development. After graduating to help you in becoming successful. In today's challenging world, a student is required to be competitive for which skills like communication, critical thinking, and observational skills need to be of a higher level. At the AIMCW, we have designed the curriculum in such a way that a student develops these much-needed qualities, capabilities and skills making them better than the rest.

The biggest Guru Dakshina that a student can offer to a teacher is by being most successful. To be successful there are no alternatives to hard work. A hardworking person is always appreciated by their superiors, peers, and juniors. It also ensures that you have a sound and peaceful sleep resulting in your long and healthy life. Student Speaks

Syllabus and activities of B.A. (General) program are structured in such a way that a student automatically gets prepared for the Entrance Exams as well as the SSB Interview.

PRAJNA SAPAM

I will get B.A. (General) degree and clear AFCAT. AIMCW will prepare me for SSB Interview and I am sure of becoming an Air Force Officer.

ANUSHKA SINGH

I opted for B.A. (General) program of AIMCW because this is the only program where every aspect of preparing a student for joining Army / Navy / Air Force as an Officer is taken care of.

ARUSHI

From the beginning I had a very strong desire to join the Defence Forces as an Officer. I was looking for an Institution where I could do my graduation and develop my personality and competence required to become a Defence Officer. I found AIMCW meeting all my requirements.

SRISHTI SINGH

My aim is to become a Defence Officer. This program has all subjects for passing CDSE & AFCAT. It has personality enhancement, military orientation, life skills, physical fitness and SSB Interview training. I am sure I will succeed in becoming a Defence Officer.

NIDHI SINGH

Girls who have a life time dream of becoming an officer in Defence Forces must join B.A. (General) program of AIMCW. This Institution provides every facility and opportunity to enable girls to become officers in the Defence Forces.

ANISHA SHARMA

The three hurdles to become a Defence Officer are clearing Written Exam, SSB Interview and Graduation. AIMCW enables the students to clear all the three hurdles.

SHIKHA ROY

AIMCW provides a dream to connect to defence services, I never wanted to join the Army but the exposure we got here gave me the zeal and enthusiasm to think why not defence forces? The curriculum is designed so that we are getting prepared for the SSB as well as corporate interviews simultaneously.

JHANVI BHARDWAJ

I learnt about AIMCW from the admissions Department of Amity University when I visited AIMCW and interacted with the HOI, I immediately knew that this was the institute I was looking for doing my B.Sc. (General) Hons/ Research. In this institute, I have been able to improve my confidence, communication skills, and practical application, and my personality and bearing have improved. My motivation level is high and I am doing very well in academics. Thank you AIMCW for making me a confident woman from a shy girl.

SHAKSHI THAKUR

My journey of being a student of AIMCW has been impeccable. When I joined AIMCW I was not able to speak for even 30 seconds. Now I have been winning public speaking competitions. My confidence has increased manyfold. In AIMCW you do not qualify for a graduation degree only but at the same time, you get trained for competitive exams like Defence Forces & UPSC. Group discussions, public speaking, mock interviews and mock tests give a student an edge over other educational motivation courses like Military Orientation and Personality Enhancement help the students in developing their personality. For a student of AIMCW, it is a win-win situation.

DIMPY GUPTA

Although I was a science student, yet I opted for a B.A. (General) programme at AIMCW as this course convinced me that all the resources that are required to achieve my goal of becoming a Defence Officer are available here. This program focuses on personality enhancement, deep knowledge of the subjects, and care of your physical fitness which helps in the overall development of a student’s attitude and personality.

I am grateful to Amity University and Amity Indian Military College for Women for the excellent teaching and learning environment. Amity University is an ocean where every facility that a student requires to grow holistically is available. In the very first year, I am attending in addition to my normal course, military orientation, classes and I am lucky to have been selected for Senior Division Girls NCC. I am sure at Amity my aims and aspirations will be completely fulfilled.

My decision to pursue a B.Sc. Maths Hons/Research from Amity Indian Military College For Women was indeed a wise one. The guidance provided by Army Officers and our professors is a blessing for sure their aura and personality keep me motivated and focused towards my goal.
